Hi,

Layout progress has been slow, however, after completing Sun Sentinel I've now moved on to Publix. This structure was built using Walthers 'Magic Pan Bakeries' kit

and provided sufficient parts, together with some 60 thou styrene ,for both industries. So I got two structures for the price of one kit

I'll add more details to both structures in due course.

I've also started adding some greenery to the layout.

Here are a couple of pics of Publix showing a plastic pellet hopper on spot awaiting unloading.
