Charlie---another great picture from your outstanding collection 
Number 4070 is a 1918 Alco built USRA Mikado which served on the Grand Trunk Western and Canadian National Railway as number 3734---it was renumbered to 4070 in 1957 and has remained in existence as an excursion locomotive .I asked my good friend Doctor Wayne to create this locomotive for me starting with a standard light USRA Mike.At that time,I requested the locomotive be equipped with an Elesco feedwater system even though this appliance was never used on this engine.Here's a picture of the engine as CNR 3734 when she worked the Leetown Division during the 1950's.
