Many companies have a hard time throwing things away, instead they park them in a neat line and claim they are spare parts. After the rust to a certain degreee or they need more room they then scrap out some parts and park some other old stuff.

It's when these companies, "scrap out", that The Shipyard buys the scrap as raw material for its foundries.
There's a lot of steam locomotives that owe their existence to "other company Bone-yards" Smile Smile
