Their heritage centre is really coming along well. They are also buying and installing a real F7 cab unit with a railroad simulator inside. Should be great! They're also laying narrow gauge/garden railway track outside around the park's grounds. All of this, plus the operating turn table, and you have quite an attraction for the rail-fan.

I think all of this will open on weekends starting next summer. Since it's close by, it will be an awesome place for my family to visit -- plus free beer samples for adults at the Steam Whistle Brewery which is based in the roundhouse!

But, being right next to the CN Tower and SkyDome, it will be very busy.
