Walthers "Theme" kits have always been pretty pricey to began with.

Their Empire Leather tannery kit was on sale for the longest time, I imagine for the same reasons:

• A) It was too darned expensive.
  B) It was too big.
  C) It was boring.
  D) Because of the above, no one wanted to buy it.
