There are lots of track plans on the net.
Couple of places:
- Model Railroader Magazine has a track plan database of all track plans they have published since 1998. Open to current subscribers.

A handful of free sites:
- Linda and Dave Sand's site: http://www.sandsys.org/modelrr/
- Custom designer Byron Henderson's site: http://www.layoutvision.com/
- Custom designer Lance Mindheim' site: http://www.lancemindheim.com/
- Perry Scott's "Heart Of Georgia" Better Beginner Layout
- Adrian Wymanns Small layouts and Shunting Puzzle website
- Lennart Elg's Narrow Gauge and Logging Railway links
- Carl Arendt's Micro Layouts website
- British site www.rmweb.co.uk: http://www.rmweb.co.uk/forum/viewforum.php?f=66
- National Model Railroad Association (NMRA) Link of MR related web sites
- LDSIG (Layout Design Special Interest Group) Plan Critique web page
There are tons and tons more. But it would probably be better to actually try to design a layout that fits your interests and your space, instead of just looking at random plans that are about the same size as your room.
