Jonte - one of theUK stores - Aldi or Lidl ( I think the first one) does a version with a flexible drive shaft - that will let you get down virtually "flat to the rail" Note you can also buy one from Dremel(UK), but it will cost a bit more!

I see. Obviously the angle is a problem then.
