I appreciate everyone's input. It has given me a lot of ideas to chew on.
Andrew, I agree that the lower level would not be practical. I have more than enough room for a staging yard at the top and right sides.
I have re-designed the benchwork, and as soon as I tweak it a bit, I will post the pic.
