Track plan help?

I am contemplating something. I am thinking of making McGrew an active staging yard. Only locals and turns will originate there, everything else will be through trains picking up, or setting out. With the obvious exception being passenger trains. Since Flint is the third largest city in Michigan, it would be unwise to not originate passenger service there.
I will have to mull this over and see what my tattered brain spits out.
