I think PHL has a number of switchers re-powered with low emission diesels. I think I read when they first started replacing the fleet that they were going to get something like 15-18 rebuilt units with low emission diesels and 2 or 3 gen sets. I think the low emission diesels are similar to Sd40's from EMD. Here is a to #60.
