OK, here's a blown up version:
The photo was taken at the current engine area (no covered enginehouse, I believe) on the grounds of the former sugar refinery at Betteravia, CA. The sign says "Main Office -- Main Gate Receiving -- Sugar Loading Area". Much of this is simply gone.
