Hi Jacques (Biased Turkey):
We used Atlas code 80 flex track and Peco #6 turnouts. We did use one piece of Atlas snap track for the section of track that crosses from one module to the main modules. Since it was a curved section, it was a lot easier to use a piece of track that had a fixed curve.
