Industrial Street Alley - The Patch

Obviously this thread has not been updated, literally, in years. This particular layout never got beyond the initial track laying and was never wired. Life intervened rather drastically and I'm only now starting to think about a layout again. One thing that I have done is switch from the "Patch" in LA on the ATSF. I wanted to model something that is much closer to home, which is Denver. Research here has shown an area in Denver that would be very appropriate to a small(ish) switching layout; warehouse row on Wynkoop Street just to the "south" of Union Station and "north" of Cherry Creek. I put that in quotes because Denver streets follow the banks of the South Platte River and Cherry Creek. I may or may not start a thread on this layout, just depends on if it gains any traction on obtaining real estate.
