Well, on my layout the 16-hour law is still in effect!
Due to the lack of headroom for switching Crosby Coal, I have to leave the ACL gon in the middle of the street while I go to get Les's C&O hopper:
So I shove the D&H hopper up and couple to the C&O empty:
And then shove them both back to the West Egg Industrial Lead, leaving the C&O hopper:
And finally spot the D&H at Crosby Coal:
Then I can go back and collect the ACL gon, and we're almost ready to head back to Manhattan Transfer.
