Thanks GEC! I have a fourth C424, but that would have been overkill! 
I always found Alcos to perfectly fit a heavy industry setting.

Here's an updated plan of the cement plant area.

On the right side will be the mining equipment garage. On the wall, Citadel Bricks non-served warehouse will make a nice backdrop (the real brick factory was located beside Villeneuve cement plant). Only one siding, but lots of activity.
Harbor track plan haven't been updated yet. The only difference is the engine house siding. We only built one.
