My neck is getting sore just looking at that roof angle .....that'll be a challenge for you .!

I can see your reasoning, however , at least as far as a working area ,if the bench is located on the tall wall, sitting and working should be no problem.Actually , I can stand straight up about till the outside edge of the white cabinet , probably 30 plus inches from the wall.
