it's a transportation museum in Xalapa, Veracruz, Mexico <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.xalapamio.com/atractivos/museodeltransporte.htm">http://www.xalapamio.com/atractivos/mus ... sporte.htm</a><!-- m -->. The locomotive is from the Cananea copper mine in Sonora, about 40 miles SW of Bisbee, Arizona. It does look like a pretty cool museum - they seem to have a few old planes and trains.
