Here's a few shots showing the evolution of the chassis:

   

As you can see, the pilot and trailing trucks arrived. Both needed assembly. You can also see here that I have hacksawed the rear frame to clear the trailing truck.

   

I've also cut the pilot to make way for the switcher-style footboards, managed to figure out how to attach the pilot and trailing trucks, assembled the middle driver complete with NWSL gear, and done a little more work detailing the boiler and cab. Still a long ways to go, but I am enjoying this very much.
