Don, when you hit that quote in the upper right corner, is that why some messages contain the complete message they are quoting from? No way to quote just part?

Yeah, we do it all the time. Just quote the whole thing, then delete what you don't want.

So why's you all worried about quotes...??

We still gotta figure out the ladder/light conundrum...
