Interest In Tour Car or Car Exchange?

I found an image of a blank Penn Central Car Movement Card online (The Unlikely Penn Central site...a nice resource) that I printed and then filled out for the car above. I'm posting it for fun and to learn if I have the right idea about how it might have been used. The car is on its way to JWB to get loaded with shoes from his Woollett Shoe Company. As I understand it, the car will be sent to his Zenith Yard before becoming part of a local train that will be delivered to the shoe company.
