Did you notice the nuts on the square "washers"on the real La Terre structure? If you or anyone else doesn't know they are the ends of steel rods retrofitted in CA brick structures because of all the earthquakes there. But you only have to add them if your running CA prototype rolling stock.
And your Google street view shows a container on chassis being unloaded @ La Terre. That would be a neat effect to model. You could change out the container & cab every once in a while if you have extras. Heck why not have a La Terre truck & just change the container. That is your backdrop next to La Terre right?
