July 20,1959 and steam still rules the Leetown Division.The James St. terminal employees deserve a lot of credit for the TLC they give to their beloved steam locomotives as CNR U3A Northern #6309 looks as good as the Leetown's Police Chief's brand new Dodge patrol car.The locals joke that if you're looking for the Chief,check the coffee shop and then down at the rail yard as he is a big rail-fan.
