How much can we justify spending?

I once had a guy tell me my s-1 locomotive floor wasn't prototypical....My S-1 was 12" = 1 foot so any thing I did was prototype...

I read in one of the magazines(Trains?) that some railfans contacted NS and advised them the paint color was wrong on two of their Heritage locomotives..IIRC it was the Interstate and Erie.
