I spent about two years on my previous layout only to realize I bit off more than I could handle. So I tore down the layout built a new room in the basement, and have spent the past three years on the new layout. From the looks of it I'll be getting it finished at the same time that I'll be looking at moving. So I've gave lots of thought as I'm building it towards how I'll be able to dismantle it.
