Mindheim Track Doubled

Hi Guys,

I want to start building the layout quite soon.
But before I do, I would like you to give as much feedback as possible.
That will help me to find the weak points of the plan and maybe even to develop the different industries.

Here´s the information that is already certain.

- minimum radius: 31''
- BNSF 2010-2015
- industrial area in the outskirts of Chicago, IL.
- modular americaN standard connection on the top left and lower right ends of the layout (kinda main line)
- the siding will not be shortened
- favorite cars to establish: Centerbeams, Hoppers (cement, chemical, grain), Tank Cars, Boxcars, Reefers and some Container Cars
- industries I´d like to have: Cement, Warehouses, Wood and a small container facility (maybe two cars a day that arrive with the mixed local) in combination with a team track
- continuous running connection from the top right to the lower right part of the layout with a small staging area (3-4 tracks)

Did I forget / miss anything? Just ask!

I'm looking forward to your help, ideas, advice and hints.
