end of the spur
#6
you've got to think out of the box.!!

First move is to make sure the in view switcher parks under the bridge, then the second switcher arrives from the fiddle yard with 3 freight cars(max train length),pulls into the centre road at the left hand side, if there are any cars for the right hand spurs these are spotted next to the SUB, then pulls forward to the centre road, the switcher under the bridge, then come out on too those cars (so he's on the right end to switch those spurs) then heads forward and couples to the end of the other train to release the switcher, pulls clear, this switcher either heads back to the fiddle yard or picks up any cars from the front spur left hand side and takes these back.

Once this is clear, the other switcher spots the cars, it now being in the middle of it's train to switch in either direction, simples!

This is why they need 2 switchers, (think progress rail) this also adds more interest at a exhibition, and rule 1 applies.
