Personally I like 2 and 3 and then 2 if I had to choose between them . I don't like the throat to the yard on the right side in #1 ....looks like it could cause problems with that little " hitch" there . For me I would also have the rear -most buildings and associated track slightly higher in elevation ....maybe 1 " to give more separation and a more pleasing look .
