Missing "Reply" buttons

I've seen a few threads where some people have mentioned that they don't have a reply button on a given thread. Can anyone, or everyone that doesn't have a reply button on a thread please let me know. I can correct the problem once I know if it is a member-directed problem or a forum directed one. Just give me examples, such as the thread name and where it is, or just the topic section it is in, such as: "Upper berth" or "HO modeling". You should be able to reply in any thread that is not locked, or in certain areas such as "announcements" where we don't want you to respond.
