The reason why the upper right Corner is not used for the layout is simple: There´s the wall seperating the layout room from the rest of the apartment. So the whole layout room is already used for the layout track plan.
I want it to be circular to make continuous running possible.
The entrance will be a removable duckunter with a height of about 135 cm / 4'5'' (lower board). So it can easily be passed and will be removed for maintanance or moving only.
