for comparison this is a original Walther's kit:

The floor was started to built. A lot of woodcrafting is necessary. Car sides are embossed tin can sheet, ends and some details are pot metal or pewter, some staples for steps and grab irons, the rest of the parts are basswood.
The diaphragms are not included in the kit, they are aftermarket parts from Walther's. There are dummy couplers, bur for working ones you have to purchase Kadees and trucks also.
