We are a week away from thanksgiving here in the US, so I would think next Thursday and Friday are out for another video chat. We could do one earlier in the week if it works for enough people, or we could do it any day the following week. Anyone have any thoughts, post them here.
BTW, Zoom apparently is suspending their 40 minute time limit for the holidays, so no need to change venues right now.

Set it up and I will try to break away from my busy schedule
We need to see if there is some venue that would let us have a continuous chat open (Free) that way we could talk to someone most anytime if there is someone there.

We tried that with our old chat room and what we got was an occasional, "hello, anyone there?" Finally there was nobody there. It's very difficult to have an open video chat, someone has to be there otherwise the connection goes away.
I'm thinking maybe putting a chat together for this Tuesday night. If we do 6:00 Arizona time, I do believe that would be 8:00 Eastern now because of the time change. Let me know if that works for everyone. It is a holiday week for some of us, so we can push it ahead another week if that works better.

We did have a nice chat last night, but the announcement that Zoom has suspended their 40-minute limit for the holidays didn't apply last night. We got kicked off again. A few of us were able to log back in somehow and continue for another 20 minutes, but we need to explore a different venue that doesn't have time limits like this. I think Skype has a 24-hour limit, which is about 22 more than we need. I will be doing some testing with a few of us, so if you're interested in trying out Skype, let me know.

I put a link to the Skype site on my desktop a month ago. I think it is time to test it out. We could set up a meeting for a couple of us most anytime.
