Who's roundhouse is this???

Saw this roundhouse and coaling tower in Hellertown PA. just north of I 78. I think it's Readings but not sure. Any else know.

With the side open it's definitely unique. A cement co. owns it now, they opened up the side to get their larger equipment in. The turntable was remover some time ago along with the other buildings and the rail, but at least these two structures are still there.
