I don't know, but I was out railfanning the Dubuque, Davenport, and St. Louis railroad this afternoon, and took these photos:         Eek    

SHOULDN'T SOMEONE CALL HOMELAND SECURITY???
I only know what I know, and I don't understand very much of it, either.
