Well here is some thoughts on the On30 loco bash.

Here is a pic showing all the flats trucked just need some weathering and couplers added and some truss rod detail for good measure.

I often thought about these sets as a Broad Gauge - The 5 -7 FOOT gauge or Narrow Gauge with O-Scale mechanisms and trucks under them-. And or placing some of the track within ones existing layout to represent a long forgotten remnant of a Broad Gauge Railroad!

AF, I had to laugh at this person saying that they are ATLAS when we clearly know that these are toys. Apparently the person has no idea what's so ever!

Well work on the kitbashing is temporary at a stop until I get the summer challenge completed.

Well looks like multi tasking in the hobby world is in effect. Not much progress really just an update and a few pics.

First the old GFC(generic flat car) master was found and I will make a new mold of it at some point, but after I make the mold the original GFC will be come a track inspection platform car using the pilot from the goofy train I am bashing into On30 power and rolling stock. The pilot will get a new paint job and the GFC will get some safety rails, tool box and maybe a spot light?
