"Salinas" HO Scale Layout
#1
Hi Folks,

first a little history on my HO Layout.

I started in 2004 to build a single module (size 2,40m x 0,40m).

Later, I installed the module in my modeltrain room. This space is unfortunately very small, only size 2,50m x 2,50m!

Then I had the idea to expand the Module. Now a layout, it was larger piece by piece...

Until the layout is a circle.

These images of the layout but are history!
But there were also some problems. Mainly I had power problems on the switches.
Thus, in the year 2011 was a rebuilding plan and I rebuilt the Layout step by step.
Here's the current trackplan of the layout.

And now some pictures:

That's it once more later. I hope you liked it.

Sorry, for my bad english!

Great job to fit such a nice layout into 2.5 x 2.5 meters (about 8 x 8 feet)!

Sven, that is very nice layout with a lot of operation opportunity without being to overloaded. Do you have some kind of a hatch, bridge, lift out etc. or do you have to crawl under?
