The Question is what were those two people doing on railroad tracks at midnight?

Drunkenly walking home is the safe bet.

Stealing copper wire or scrap metal might be another.
Doing the 'wild thing' perhaps?
But why the de-railment right on top of them?

Really starting to be a sad story - They were buried alive in the coal..
............Nass was a rising junior and interdisciplinary liberal studies major at James Madison University in Virginia, and Mayr was a rising junior studying nursing at the University of Delaware, police and university officials said.

Both were 2010 graduates of Mount Hebron High School.

~~~ As always - Prayers to their families, friends and the train crew..... Sad
Eek This, and the very recent UP coal train derailment in Chicago that killed a couple in their car, that just happened to be passing under the bridge when the train came crashing down on them. Sad
The "do-gooders" will be screaming "No More KILLER Coal Trains" Eek Eek
In today's economy, one has to wonder if greed was responsible for these "events" Confusedhock: Nope , that could "never" happen. Wink - - - - - Riiiiight.
