Looks cool! gotta love these industrial layouts.
I do here you on the 6 weeks thing, i have hardly had any time for modeling in the last few months. I usually go clear off an area around the layout and spend the entire time cleaning it, only to have it get cluttered again during the months i'm not doing anything.

Finally an update. Due to my business activity expanding more than expected, I haven't had much time to do any modeling lately.
Over the past 2 weekends I managed to do a little and thought I would post some pictures.

Not much has changed. Only thing I've done is operating the layout and am happy with the arrangement. I also built the phase 2 section but haven't laid any track
on it yet except to make a switching lead for the original section. Still thinking what structures to use on phase 2 and the track arrangement. Between work and family
I have little time for modeling right now.
