The train belongs to Juniata Terminal. The E units were 2 of the Conrail business train. I believe it was returning from the Kentucky Derby but may be wrong.  Bennett Levin owns the company and has used the train to carry disabled vets to the Army-Navy football game  there is a little more here:https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Juniata_Terminal_Company
