New carendt.com loading problems

I'm subscribed to the small layout scrapbook originated by the late Carl Arendt ........problem is I can't get the "supposed new site " to load . Anyone else ? It's www.carendt.com

I copied the original, non-working link pasted it into the window and it loaded up right away. :?
