I have a 2 story building in my backyard, and climbing stairs is getting more difficult all the time. I have a 5'X20' layout upstairs, and before I completely tear it down I thought I would get a few pictures of some parts of it. With a little luck (healthwise) I hope to get started on benchwork within a couple weeks or so. Without further ado, here they are.

Thanks for sharing the photos and best wishes with the new layout!
I really like the scene with the abandoned cars.

Well, I've got started enough to show how great I can dream.
The cutout place is the river, and where it stops will be a dam with swimmers above it. I just spread some track to show how it will follow a cutout. I'm trying to build a general topography before I start plster strips. It is 57" X 14'. Half is still level, but hopefully not for long. I hope for a town along the river. I haven't figured if I can put in a second track yet.

I love those old Revell Farm structures. Revell made some of the best and most detailed low cost kits ever. Those were in may pre-teen years... Thumbsup

Great work!
I had that same Revell barn. Complete with the Mail Pouch decal on the roof.

I went to my Happy Place, but it was closed for renovations.
