Dale Edwards the owner and co-founder of Kadee has passed.
My condolences to his family and employees of KD.

As I also posted elsewhere, condolences to family and friends. Keith and Dale designed a quality product, arguably one of the top 5 innovations in model railroading, and they built a quality company to stand behind it. Despite the raft of imitators since the patents ran out, the original is still the best and most reliable.
