I was messing around on the exactrail website and I did a search for reefers because they list the era of the cars. Thanks Bob. The pair I received yesterday have the "Building America" lettering. Doesn't say what phase they are on the box. I'll do some research and see if I can back date them.

I made decent progress last night with track laying until the beer made the tracks look crooked so I stoped

I started at the outside Lafarge siding

I am headed back down to start the rest of the track and should have an update later today.

I finished all of my track this afternoon and have drawn out the roads and approximate building size on the bench work. It was more time consuming than I thought it would be but overall a very positive experience. Only the "main" is powered and I need to figure out how the rest of the wiring should be done. I'll pick away at making some temporary structures out of cardboard and decide what type of finish the buildings will get.

Testing has begun! Did some temporary wiring to get it running. I don't think I missed my calling as an electrician
