New weathering forum

At the request of more than just a few, we've opened a weathering forum which is being moderated by the Honorable Mr. Doctorwayne... once again... This has been a popular forum before, so have at it folks, happy weathering.

No, I didn't. Let me check that out, something to do with "permissions" I suppose. Thanks for the heads-up on this.
