this is a photo of a mine i went to in the early 80's still used track haulage mine produced high quality coking coal . closed in if i remember 85 or 86.

Nice photos. I know my wife's daughter couldn't enter those mines you've been showing pictures of; she's 6'2"!! Icon_lol
I only know what I know, and I don't understand very much of it, either.
