Things have been a little slow, but things never move fast in a small town full of very small people. For one, the town said that the area was never zoned for a parking structure to begin with and so required the underground parking space to be filled in.
Then there was the contract to pave to streets and a small parking lot and also included leveling out the whole future industrial area. Well, since the contract was written in N scale, and none of them really could read N scale, the little guys got kind of confused and guessed that what the town wanted was a huge parking lot and so they paved not only the streets, but the entire industrial area. Got to admit though, they did get it level and flat.
As for what's going to go where, the strip adjacent to the highway is zoned commercial, the rest is industrial, well, for now anyway....
