David, if you want light see if these are available in Canada. 20 watts each but they light like it is daylight. I put 4 in my garage which is 24x16 with no windows and it is like daylight. They come with everything you need and then some and only weigh about 14 ounces each. They mount on 2 little clips that can be attached to the ceiling stud.
