We went to the Gathering of the Bands in Kincardine. The weather report in the paper showed wetness al over this end of the province. We drove through some showers - had the wipers on all of the settings at some point -- but nothing happened at our destination.
We heard the local concert band and the the Toronto Big Band. Also had two hot dogs and a big cob of corn (could have had as much as i wanted.) The concert was still going on -- the pipe bands just starting -- when we left before 4:00.
Came home to a very unhappy cat. I took him outside in his buggy for a half hour and he seemed to be in a better mood.
(Kincardine is just over 2 hours away on a route with just one major turn.)
