That looks really nice! I like the way the building has different sections. When it's under roof, I bet it will look even better and have great character.
Hi Andrew superb build so far cant wait to see more progress on this interesting structure
Looking good my friend.
Thanks Don!
Working on the filler (not as much needed as I feared) and priming them outdoors this morning.
One lesson learned - Old, left-over spray bomb primer not so good. New can much better...! Hopefully this will lead to a "natural variation" in the colour of the bricks and mortar!
Andrew
Looks good.
Glad i'm not in the kitbash.........
Wow, the building that keeps on growing....
Nice work Andrew
Thanks guys!
Got it primed yesterday, which unfortunately had the effect of highlighting the gaps. I will have to go at it with a bit more filler. Picked up the fire escapes and some "Robert's Brick Mortar" from the trainshop as well. Tried a "new" spongepainting technique on the bricks, but it's quite difficult to get into the corners with the sponge, so I may end up just painting the whole thing, and only using the sponge to introduce a bit of variation.
Andrew
Looks good
Thanks!
Work will stall for a little bit, but hope to be back to it next week.
