Here we see 9642 heading east bound. At the time I didn't know the light was just right until after I looked at the photo. One of my best photo's yet I think. Icon_lol
Ok guys, I know lately I haven't updated the NS Cyclopedia website ( alot has to deal with taking care of the little one ) but here this weekend I am going to add tons of photo's. Some photo's I haven't posted on here so be watching the website in the next few days.
Here in this picture you can see the Conrail logo slowly coming through the white paint that was applied over it.
Went to carney's crossing today and caught two east bounds. I took a video of the first east bound and took pictures of the lead locomotives of the second eastbound. I also took a video of a MOW vehicle going westbound. Also before I even left my house to go out and about I caught another east bound with a NS Unit & a UP Unit on the head end ( video also ). I then caught yet another eastbound with a D8-40CW in conrail paint with white numbers. Believe it or not there was alot of action today on the mainline. Didn't get pictures of all the trains though. Going to try to get more tomorrow.
Instead of taking pictures today I just sat and watched the trains roll by and wouldn't you know it when you don't have a camera beside you, you see something you want to take a picture of. Well that thing was a Chessie grain car still in chessie paint. Couldn't believe it myself. Icon_lol

Great photo's guys. Cheers
Tom, is that the same location where you could usually find one of the Lehigh and Hudson River Alco's sitting in the 70's? The bridge looks similar, but I'm not quite sure, and 32 years plays havoc with the memory

The NS ones are mine, and just few days old, the other D&H ones are local railfan pics

Great photo's.

Nice shot Todd.

Oh yesterday while i was inbetween packing my our stuff up for the move, I caught a Penn Central Grain car. It still had the PC logo on it and the Words Penn Central coming through the black paint. Sad to say I don't have my cord for my camera to upload the picture. It is in storage. Icon_lol
