I went to Rochester, New York for the Rochester & Genesee Valley Railroad Museum's "Diesel Days" weekend. The event is held in conjunction with the nearby New York Museum of Transportation. Here's some of what I saw:

Great Photos, looks like a good time! I was debating about going, but I unfortunately didn't manage to make it out there. I recognize a few faces from the RIT club!

What model/make is that "pink" diesel..?? Seems to be RS related....
Nice pics. On a side note, you'd think the admins could find a different color for links. The red doesn't show up very well against the blue.

If I remember correctly that's an RS3m 'Hammerhead'.

Thanks for looking. I guess 400 miles is "nearby" by Texas standards?

Thanks for the info on thar RS3...I think those early diesels had some "class" to them....Gonna look for one.... Thumbsup
